Dwayne was the first pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007. He started in 2007. as a Board Member for Acts 29 Network he is Director of Pastoral Care. The main goal of Dwayne is to equip the next generation of biblical counselors. He is an active member of the board of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written several online pieces, and also a contributor in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Change lives through God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne with his wife Leslie and their three kids.
